Laying the foundation for digital transformation

A leading engineering consulting firm sought to reimagine its digital presence during a phase of business resurgence. The goal was to reposition the brand as the flagship engineering arm of the Adventz Group, while clearly signaling leadership, scale and future readiness.
Starting with a website redesign, the engagement expanded into a broader digital identity initiative. The work aligned brand expression with core values of quality, safety, sustainability, and innovation. The outcome was a cohesive digital experience that reflected the company’s renewed direction and reinforced trust across stakeholder touchpoints.

Understanding the challenges

Simon India’s website reflected its legacy, not its current direction. The experience felt dated, fragmented and unclear in structure. Core strengths in engineering, scale and delivery were hard to grasp. .

The brand needed a clear, future-facing digital identity to signal resurgence and leadership.

Deep diving, building relationships and collaborating

The work began with listening and context building. Leadership interviews, stakeholder mapping and competitor reviews revealed key gaps and opportunities.

A fusion workshop aligned teams on vision, tone, and business priorities. The resulting strategy focused on a structured, scalable user experience that clearly expressed Simon India’s value and long-term intent.

Refreshing Simon India brand content and visual tonality

A visual reset became central to the transformation. The style system was redefined to reflect sustainability, collaboration, circularity and learning.

Earthy greens and restrained layouts reinforced clarity and responsibility.
Circularity for the organization was a new ESG thrust. The narrative was built ground up giving the new consciousness not just a space but making it the future  anchor for the organization. 

The narrative extended beyond the website into marketing assets, product pamphlets and business collaterals. This created a consistent tone, message and visual identity across touchpoints.

Designing the narrative and business proposition

The design process was intentionally collaborative. Starting with user flows, wireframes and mood boards, we laid the foundation for a robust and aligned web experience.
The new digital narrative positioned Simon India as more than just an engineering expert – as a forward-looking, sustainable consultancy. The content and design work together to reinforce commitment to quality, safety and innovation, aligning every touchpoint with the brand’s voice.
